The Hydrogen Peroxide Book Set
Hydrogen peroxide can do dozens of jobs around your home — and plenty of the "hacks" online are nonsense. These books sort the real from the fake, with every use rated Verified, Partial, or Myth. Written in plain language, for people with zero DIY background.
Search hydrogen peroxide online and you'll drown in tips — miracle this, never-fail that. Some are genuinely useful. A lot are exaggerated, a waste of a good bottle, or flat-out unsafe. (Please don't mix it with vinegar.)
The problem isn't a lack of tips. It's not knowing which ones are true.
The difference
Each use is checked against trustworthy, non-commercial sources — university extension services, the EPA, CDC, FDA, poison-control and dental guidance — then given a plain, honest grade.
A real page from the book
Here's an actual rated entry. That fizz on a cut? Modern first-aid guidance moved away from it years ago — and the book explains exactly why, and what to do instead. No hype, even when honesty is less impressive.
In every entry
Always from a standard 3% bottle — "undiluted, straight from the brown bottle" or "1:1 with water," never a vague "some."
How long it needs to sit to actually work — the one step most people skip.
Simple, numbered steps in plain language. Nothing assumed.
The never-mix rules, spot-test reminders, and storage tips run through every book.

Who's writing this?
I spent a good part of my life teaching elementary school, and the thing I loved most was watching someone realize they could understand something they thought was "too hard."
That's how these books are written — plainly, patiently, and honestly. I don't think hydrogen peroxide is magic (it isn't), and I'll never tell you it is. It's a cheap, handy helper that does some jobs beautifully and other jobs not at all — and my whole job here is to tell you which is which.
No hype. No miracle cures. Just what's true.
Good questions
No — and please don't. Everything uses the ordinary 3% peroxide from any drugstore, for a couple of dollars. Higher-strength and "food grade" products are hazardous and are deliberately left out.
No. These are household and educational guides — not medical, dental, or veterinary advice — and they don't claim peroxide treats or cures anything. Where a use touches your health, the books point you to standard guidance and tell you when to see a professional.
Both a PDF and an EPUB. The EPUB reflows to fit phones and e-readers; the PDF is fixed-layout for computers and printing the checklists. You get both files with every purchase.
They're three levels of the same thing. The Starter Kit is the quick wins; the Bible is the full home reference; the Encyclopedia is everything in the Bible plus car, pets, and garden. The Encyclopedia already contains the Bible, so most solo buyers pick one of those two.
That's exactly who they're written for. Short sentences, plain words, and no assumptions.
Constantly. That's the point. Plenty of entries are rated Partial or Myth, and we always explain why — so you don't waste your bottle or your trust.
One honest brown bottle can replace a shelf of specialty sprays — once you know what actually works.
